FHA INCREASES TO MIP

Effective Monday, Oct. 4, upfront Mortgage insurance is reduced to 1% from 2.25%, BUT monthly is increased from .5% to .9% — see attached information. And, remember that 3.95% interest rate when showing property this weekend.
